Almost every recipe at Pasta Sisters has a family story behind it that is as important as the ingredients of the dish itself. Chef Paola spends countless hours searching for the best ingredients that both Italy and California have to offer, and her dishes are the result of a balance of family traditions, quality ingredients, and her personal touch.

FRESH PASTA

Our pasta is made in the house every morning. We start at 5am by mixing 00 flour, eggs and extra virgin olive oil. Our flour is different and you can feel it with the very first bite. Why?

GNOCCHI

What I loved the most was helping my mother make gnocchi. It was hypnotizing to watch her make the dough. Her movements were so elegant, it looked like she was  was dancing."

SAUCES

Every morning, our team prepares our signature recipes from scratch, ensuring that every sauce is made with the freshest ingredients and perfect balance of flavors. From classic Tomato & Basil to our unique Pesto, our sauces are what make our pasta dishes truly special.

LASAGNA

There's no need to overcomplicate things when it comes to lasagna. We stick to the classics with our simple yet delicious recipe, featuring five layers of fresh pasta, our homemade bolognese sauce, besciamella, and plenty of parmigiano cheese.

Our catering menu includes vegetarian options like Spinach and Ricotta, Porcini and Eggplant Parmigiana.

DESSERTS

Our homemade desserts are a must-try! Our pies and tiramisù are family recipes that have been passed down for generations. Indulge in our decadent desserts and you’ll be sure to leave with a smile on your face.
